David Addison BSc (Hons) MA MRTPI
David started work as Graduate Planner at Wychavon District Council in 2008. Having progressed to Planning Officer level, David continued to build upon his planing experience completing his MA in Spatial Planning in 2012. David achieved his full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2014. With a brief stint at Stratford District Council in 2014, David then returned to Wychavon District Council in 2015 as a Principal Planning Officer. During his time in local government David dealt with a wider range of planning applications; queries and planning appeals. David has dealt with numerous major startegic developments including schemes for 300 units in Worcester. David left Wychavon District Council in June 2016, having undertaken the role as Acting Development Manager, to work as a Planning Consultant for a private company dealing with numerous clients to deliver their schemes. David left in May 2017 having built up a significant number of professional contacts.
Simon Rees BSc (Hons) MA MRTPI
Simon started his planning career in 2005 at Wychavon District Council as a Graduate Planner. In 2007 having progressed to Planning Officer, Simon completed his MA in Spatial Planning in 2008. Simon achieved his full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute in November 2010 and progressed to the Principal Planner role in February 2013. Simon left Wychavon District Council in 2015 to join Malvern Hills District Council as an Area Planning Officer, where he managed a team of 6 planning officers and led the Southern Area Planning Committee. Simon re-joined Wychavon District Council in May 2016 as a Development Manager again in charge of a team of 6 planning officers. During his time in Local Government, Simon has dealt with major strategic housing and commerical developments in Worcestershire and led a number of planning appeals. Simon left Wychavon District Council in July 2017.
