Conversion of grain stores to residential dwelling in rural Wyre Forest

Conversion of grain stores

Full application for the conversion of existing redundant grain stores to a residential dwelling.

Initially we undertook positive pre-application discussions with local council to get them on board with principle of scheme. We worked with a structural engineer to prepare initial appraisal as to how the conversion could practically be achieved so as to comply with planning policy.

A local architect prepared high-quality designs, which included on site Biodiversity Net Gain in collaboration with a local ecologist.

Planning permission was granted by local planning authority, for what is understood, to be first such residential conversion scheme of grain stores within the local and surrounding areas.
