Discharge of Condition Applications
Local Planning Authorities can attach planning conditions to a planning permission, some of which require further details to be provided to the council for agreement.
As such, once planning permission has been granted and where conditions require further details to be submitted to and agreed by the council (which sometimes this is before works can start), we can manage this process for you.
We can prepare, draft and submit applications to discharge conditions for planning permissions. Again, this process would be managed from the start to a formal decision being issued.
Some conditions can prevent any works from taking place on site until those conditions have been formally agreed and signed off by the local planning authority. Therefore, it is important to factor this into your development programme and allowing sufficient time for this to be done.
