Live/Work Unit

A private client who owned an equestrian business dealing with retired horses wanted to live and work from the site. Alongside an architect we were able to design and put forward a case to justify a new live/work unit within the open countryside. Live/work units are commercial buildings with an ancillary residential element, therefore the residential floor area was restricted to 40% of the total area with a maximum of 3 bedrooms.
