Replacement dwelling – Malvern Hills District

Application submitted for a replacement dwelling, in the countryside in Malvern Hills District. We worked with our clients to amend the design and scale of the proposal to overcome a previous refusal. We presented the application to committee and the application was approved by the committee members, who gave consideration to the poor condition of the original cottage, being beyond its useable lifespan. Further, a fallback position for extensive permitted development works was advanced to help justify the size of the replacement proposals.
